The shopper
Browses on a phone between other things. Needs product detail, price, and a checkout that finishes in a few taps.
Pain
Forms and steps that stall a purchase.
Case study / E-commerce / Web
An e-commerce platform that carries DriftColony's entire sales flow — from first product view to a paid, shipped order.

01 / The problem
Where it started
DriftColony's products sold, but the sales flow did not live anywhere. Catalog questions arrived by chat, orders were tracked by hand, and shipping details were retyped for every sale.
The team needed one platform where browsing, buying, and fulfilment could happen in a single flow — without custom work for every order.
What success had to look like
A product catalog that is easy to browse and simple to maintain.
A shopping experience that carries a visitor to checkout without friction.
Orders, shipping, and payments handled in one system.
A store the team can run without a developer on call.
02 / Who it is for
Two sides of the same sale. The platform has to serve both.
Browses on a phone between other things. Needs product detail, price, and a checkout that finishes in a few taps.
Pain
Forms and steps that stall a purchase.
Confirms payments, arranges shipping, and answers questions. Needs one queue with the full picture of every order.
Pain
Orders scattered across chats and spreadsheets.
03 / The process
Discovery, design, build, and launch — one team, regular releases.
Phase 01
We walked the current selling process and turned it into screens and flows.
Phase 02
Catalog, product detail, and checkout designed and tested before any build.
Phase 03
Storefront, order management, shipping, and payment gateway, released in stages.
Phase 04
Go-live, monitoring, and a handover plan for the store team.
04 / What we built
Catalog, checkout, orders, and shipping — the full flow from the brief, in one platform.
01 / Storefront
A structured product catalog with detail pages for every item, easy for the team to maintain.
Discovery / Week 1
02 / Checkout
A payment gateway built into checkout, so a purchase ends with a paid order — not an abandoned cart.

03 / Order management
Orders arrive with their status, items, and customer details attached. The operator works one list, not five inboxes.
Delivery / Project
04 / Shipping
Shipping is part of the flow, so every order leaves with the right details and a status the customer can follow.
